For multiple reasons you should replace your non-stick pan with cast iron, RVS or steel. The main reason is that the layer is hazardous for your health and in the production they use PFAS which can end up in the environment, but also ends up in the environment when you eventually throw it out! And….you cannot scratch it, pfff, who is able to do that? Since today I have replaced my two frying non stick pans (which by the way were scratched and not working any more) with a cast iron alternative from debuyer which is also suitable for induction!
