Be kind, yes, it seems a bit of a dead giveaway, but I think that especially in the current times when we unfortunately see a hardening in the society, we should be kind to each other. How? Help others without requesting anything in return. Help someone push their car when the battery is empty, help someone lift their groceries up a flight of stairs, help a child put their bike chain back on, say goodmorning to the tram conductor and driver, the bus driver, the cleaner in your office, smile at a stranger, return something you found to the owner, help a neighbor lift something from his car, ask a homeless person if you can take something to eat from the supermarket, say hi to the postman, chat with your lonely neighbor, leave a sweet note for someone, give someone a big hug who needs it, pick something up from the street and throw it in the trash, make someone laugh, place your order quickly when you see that the service in the restaurant is busy, stand still if a child wants to pet your dog, be patient with others in traffic, laugh in surprise instead of being annoyed, let someone get off the train first, let someone go in front of the traffic, hold the door for someone, pay attention to a child who wants to show or tell you something, let someone finish his sentence or story, write a letter or email to someone who is having a hard time, pick a flower for someone you love, or to a stranger, give your attention to someone 100% (your phone can wait a while). Not all have to be on the same day, of course, but everyone could use some patience, attention and love!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
